Questions, answered
Which areas do you cover?
The coverage map shows every area we scan. Members on 18K Gold can add 1 area of their own and 24K Gold members 3: log in with Discord on the coverage page, draw it, and we'll reply in Discord. You can also use the free demo area on the map without paying: everything in it is free, including IVs and PvP.
How do I get access after I subscribe?
Link your Discord account on Ko-fi when you join. Your member role is given to you automatically, and you sign in to map.pokevision.co.za with Discord.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. Memberships are monthly and managed on Ko-fi, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your Ko-fi account.
Is my payment information safe?
All payments go through Ko-fi and its payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
Is the data always available?
We work hard to keep scanning running around the clock, but data is provided on a best-effort basis. Game updates and other things outside our control can cause gaps. We post updates in Discord #announcements.
